Parmigiano-Reggiano of this seasoning has an extremely strong flavour and can be accompanied by red wines with a full-bodied flavour (Barolo, Barbaresco, Brunello di Montalcino) and by white wines like Albana di Romagna. To taste is the combination with different kind of honey and with Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale also this of a good seasoning.
